Cost
The cost of the workshop covers all materials and refreshments.

Payment of an Individual Workshop
Workshops must be paid for in full up front. Your place is not guaranteed until payment is received.
All workshop prices include a non-refundable deposit of 50% per person. You can pay by BACS transfer or by cheque. Cheques should be made payable to Lone Wright.
Cancellation
If you cancel your booking within 1 week of your workshop date, you will have to pay for the full cost of the workshop in order for me to cover incurred costs of materials, time spent preparing and it likely not being possible to re-sell the date to someone else at such short notice. If however it transpires that it is possible to re-sell it, I will reimburse 50% of the cost to you.

Payment for a Private Group Booking
When someone books a workshop for a group of their friends or a group of friends book a workshop together, the person making the booking is responsible for the payment of all attending the workshop either covered by themselves or by collecting the money from their friends.
The workshop must be paid for in full up front. Your places are not guaranteed until payment for all is received.

Cancellation of a Private Group Booking
As per ‘Cancellation’ above. In addition if a group reduces the numbers of their group within 1 week of the workshop date, the group will be charged the full cost for each one not able to make it in order for me to cover incurred costs of materials and time spent preparing.

The best way to avoid reduced numbers costs is to ask someone else to take the place of the individual(s) who can’t make it. It is the responsibility of the person who made the booking/the group to do this, NOT Kreative Hygge.
It works both ways!
In the event I need to cancel a workshop, I will offer you 2 options to choose from: either an alternative date or a full refund.

Workshops Advertised by Kreative Hygge
Kreative Hygge reserves the right to be able to cancel a workshop advertised by them if there is not enough bookings to make it viable. If this happens you will be offered a choice of either an alternative workshop date or a full refund.
